Duke Energy has a new program to promote energy savings through the use of compact fluorescent lighting. Call (800) 9437585 to receive up to fifteen light bulbs — free — for your home. You must provide your account number, and delivery takes 46 weeks.

    Is this some kind of joke? The bulbes you sent me 13w and 20w are totally worthless. The light output from these is too little to be usefull,need to be 30w min. I can,t give them away,so in the trash they go.
