Levine’s $26 million First Ward plans

“Daniel Levine is ready to move on a much-delayed project in First Ward if he can secure $26 million in public investment.
Levine, who heads local real estate firm Levine Properties, envisions a sweeping overhaul of land his family controls uptown. Plans call for a UNC Charlotte classroom building as an anchor, with a county park, parking decks and a combination of residential units and retail space.”
