New mid-rise construction in Uptown: SkyHouse Uptown

It’s been planned for awhile, but looks like it’s actually happening:

Atlanta-based Novare Group, Grubb Properties and Batson-Cook Development Co. will begin construction soon on SkyHouse Uptown, a 24-story, 336-unit apartment tower at the corner of North Church and West 10^th streets in Charlotte.
