Vote for Charlotte’s own Chef Bryan Emperor in Food & Wine’s The People’s Best New Chef

Its time to rally the troops to support Charlotte’s own Chef Bryan Emperor who is in the running for CNN and Food & Wine’s The People’s Best New Chef. Chef Bryan Emperor is the Head Chef and General Manager of Kalu, a relatively new Asian restaurant uptown, across the street from the Breakfast Club.

We stopped by Kalu and let Bryan give his pitch for why he is the Best New Chef in America.

Chef Bryan is the only chef in the competition representing Charlotte. Lets show them how great our city’s cuisine is!
