James Taylor will tour North Carolina in support of Barack Obama, giving free concerts in Charlotte, Asheville, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Wilmington.
Schedule is as follows:
Charlotte: Sun, Oct 19
Asheville: Sun, Oct 19
Chapel Hill: Mon, Oct 20
Raleigh: Tue, Oct 21
Wilmington: Tue, Oct 21
No more details have been announced so far, including specific times or venues.
Sounds like you need to pick up tix in advance at a library branch.

I just got tix at the South County Library Branch.
Volunteers are in the parking lot until 7pm(?) with free tickets (though, they’ll probably run out).
